Meet Nick
Founder & Game Changer
Nick Schichtle (pronounced she-still) has over 25 years of direct hire, professional search, executive search and project RPO expertise. He has launched, scaled, nurtured and operated practices to record setting performance within the staffing industry for two of the largest global staffing companies and a handful of high growth firms. Practices specialties, niches, have covered professional, technical and non-professional sectors across a plethora of industries.
He started his career in recruitment as a full desk perm recruiter in accounting & finance in the Bay Area (CA), where he quickly racked up performance and merit awards while being promoted into leadership. This early success put him on a path that became a thread throughout his career, to craft, launch, establish and grow direct hire/search teams, including operational infrastructure and strategic plans. It started with small teams of 5-10 that led to larger opportunities and practices (+200).
Over the years, he has hired over 1000 recruiters, managers and leaders for his own practices, who have placed more than 20,000 candidates for countless clients across North and South America.
Nick is known as a developer of recruiters and managers. He has designed, created, implemented and facilitated recruiting, marketing and placement best practices training and development courses for a number of firms. Nick readily acknowledges that much of his success can be attributed to those who invested in him and his success throughout his career. Thus, he pays it forward through coaching and mentoring industry professionals of all levels to greater degrees of success, advancement and mastery.
Lastly, he is a sought after speaker, trainer and longtime member of the American Staffing Association (ASA) and National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).
