Path to a Brighter Future
-
Whether active or passive, it all starts with getting to know you. Our three past interview covers 1) what you are looking for, 2) what you’ve done so far, and 3) how to best partner together.
-
We confidentially market your profile and achievements to selected company and network contacts based on your search preferences.
-
Once potential opportunity(s) is identified, we diligently match your search criteria with the opportunity’s criteria to determine a possible match. If so, then we’ll contact you to preview the opportunity prior to presenting your background, resume, etc. to the hiring authority.
-
Prior to any interview with a client opportunity, you will have time to investigate and research the company, position, and those whom you’ll interview with.
Additionally, we’ll meet to cover specifics about the opportunity and interview, as well as provide tips on how to best present yourself and experience for the uniqueness of the company, role and interviewers.
-
Finally, you meet with the client’s interview team to share what you offer them and to gather what they can offer you in terms of opportunity, growth, advancement, etc.
There will most like be several rounds of interviews prior to any employment decision and offer.
-
Post each client interview, we will meet to discuss in depth how the interview went, what you learned, what you like and dislike, and if there’s interest to proceed in the process.
We also meet with the client interviewers to have a similar discussion regarding their feedback on the interview and next steps.
-
Once you make it through the rounds of interviews, and interest is high on both sides, SI will represent you throughout the offer creation and negotiation process. Our internal insights and relationship with the client enables a more open, transparent, and amicable negotiation for all parties. One of the key benefits of working with a seasoned search professional.
-
When we make it this far, we’ll discuss exactly what it means to accept an offer and take yourself off the market.
Then the hard part, resigning from your current company & report to, and what to expect from them now that your intentions are known.
Finally, we’ll assist in getting you prepared to start your new career opportunity.
